Chelsea vs Sheffield United LIVE – Kick-off time, TV channel, team ...

Chelsea take on the bottom side in the Premier League this afternoon in Sheffield United in a game that could prove massive for the future of Mauricio Pochettino. After three straight defeats on the road, the Blues must make home advantage count today against the Blades.
Pochettino has come in for heavy criticism in recent games with Chelsea seriously underperforming away from home. Last weekend saw the Blues put in a gutless performance at Everton and there have been calls ever since for the club to sack Pochettino from his duties.
However, football.london understands Chelsea are continuing to support the Argentine and have a genuine belief he will turn things around at Stamford Bridge. It needs to start today against Sheffield United, who have recently re-appointed Chris Wilder as their manager following the sacking of Paul Heckingbottom.
The Blades have won just twice in the Premier League so far this season, but three points at Stamford Bridge could lift them up to 18th in the table and above fellow newly-promoted sides Burnley and Luton Town. As for Chelsea, a win in west London could take them back into the top half of the table, but that depends on results around them.
Will Chelsea get a much-needed three points at the Bridge? You can follow all of the live action throughout the day with Bobby Vincent and Scott Trotter.
